How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

How do we get started?

Start with a Discovery Hour for $250. In 60 minutes we map where you are the bottleneck and you walk away with something already working. From there we scope the full setup.

What makes SYNTAXSPHERE different?

What is an AI operating system?

An AIOS puts a business's data, expertise and workflows where AI can safely reach them, so follow ups, quotes and reporting run without the owner doing them by hand. It is an installed, governed system, not a chatbot subscription.

What does an AI OS cost in Maryland?

Platforms are quoted per seat or on request. An installed AIOS for a small business runs $5,000 to $15,000 to build and $1,000 to $2,000 a month to run and keep improving.

Can a small business hire the big Maryland AI names?

Mostly no. Lockheed Martin, BigBear.ai and Johns Hopkins APL work at government and enterprise scale. A small firm is better served by an installer or one of the agencies on the list.

Introduction

These terms govern the services SYNTAXSPHERE LLC provides and your use of this website. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them. SYNTAXSPHERE LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Pasadena, Maryland. Effective 5 August 2026.

What We Provide

Scope of Work

We install and operate custom AI operating systems. Every engagement is defined in a written proposal that lists what will be built, what it will connect to, and what it does not cover. Anything outside that document is a new engagement rather than an assumption.

Discovery Hour

A Discovery Hour is a paid sixty minute working session. It is advisory. It does not commit either of us to further work, and the fee is credited against a larger engagement only where the proposal says so in writing.

Ongoing Retainers

A retainer covers an agreed volume of work each month. Unused capacity does not roll over. Retainers run for the minimum term stated in the proposal and continue month to month afterwards.

Your Responsibilities

Give us timely access to the systems and data the work depends on

Name one person who can make decisions and approve changes

Keep your own licences, subscriptions and accounts in good standing

Tell us promptly if something we built is not behaving as expected

Fees and Payment

Fees are stated in the proposal. Setup fees are payable before work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing. Invoices are due net 15. Overdue balances accrue interest at 1.5 percent per month. We may pause work on an overdue account, and we will tell you before we do.

Intellectual Property

You own your data, your content, and the configuration of the system we build for you, once it is paid for in full. We keep ownership of our own underlying tools, templates, methods and reusable components, and we grant you a licence to use them for as long as your engagement runs. We will not disclose your confidential information, and we will not name you as a client or publish anything about your engagement without your written permission.

Warranties and Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that any system will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue figure or time saving. Third party services we connect to are governed by their own terms and are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination and Changes

Either of us may end a retainer with thirty days written notice after the minimum term. You remain responsible for fees for work already performed. On termination we will hand over your data and credentials in a usable form. We may update these terms, and the version published on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
